About

We are passionately patriotic, non-violent, Pakistan-loving citizens of Pakistan.  Our project is to promote democracy and bring the Pakistan fauj under civilian control.  Business ownership provides an unfair advantage to the army owned businesses against which very few private businesses can compete.  Free land, government loan guarantee, prompt authorization and immediate access to utilities.  No one can compete against such an adversary.

There is no intention to shortchange the army or the ex-servicemen.  Every penny raised from privatization will be used for the welfare of retired servicemen.

We are immensely proud of our fauj for its valour, military skills, heroism, passion and their love of Pakistan.  Therefore, we are not an adversary trying to harm the army.  On the contrary, we are trying to bring them back into a role they are constitutionally assigned, and they are good at it.

We subscribe to the following solution:

  1. The State Bank of Pakistan should stop issuing loan guarantees to future projects.
  2. The government stops the practice of bailing out struggling fauji companies.
  3. Cantonment Boards to be amalgamated with nearby towns.
  4. Control of the fauj-controlled charities (Fauji Foundation, Army Welfare Trust, Shaheen Foundation, Baharia Foundation) to be taken over for the interim, replacing active service officers in the management role. A review of assets will be made, and a plan to dispose of various businesses.  Privatization will be with utmost clarity, and facts and figures will be available online.
  5. Proceeds of privatization will remain in the charities and will be for exclusive use for the benefit of retired servicemen.
  6. The government shall administer support and benefits to the ex-servicemen using money collected in the charities.
