Agricultural Land
- The Pakistan Army has been allocated vast tracts of government land, including over 45,000 acres in Punjab (Bhakkar, Khushab, and Sahiwal districts) for corporate agriculture farming.

DHA Housing Societies
DHA residential housing schemes are the main operations of the real estate business. Raw land is purchased and assembled for residential development. Very often, the land owner is offered developed plots instead of cash, so there is very little upfront cost. The following are the details of various DHAs.
- Karachi. This is the oldest DHA project, spanning approximately 8,852 acres, divided into 8 phases and 17 sectors. It includes commercial zones in each phase and offers residential plots, houses and apartments. New development in Gadap Town is much larger and the area is 22,000 acres. The total area of DHA Karachi is 30,797 acres.
- Lahore Comprising 13 phases, DHA Lahore is one of the city’s most prestigious and expensive residential areas, located near Kalma Chowk and connected via Ring Road to other upscale societies. It features commercial areas, parks, and greenbelts. The total land area is 81,875 acres.
- Islamabad-Rawalpindi Covering 12,355 acres, DHA Islamabad is divided into five phases plus an on-hold Defence Valley project. It is considered one of the twin cities’ most posh neighbourhoods with commercial zones in all phases.
- Other Locations DHAs are also located at the following locations: Multan, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, Bahawalpur, and Quetta.
Commercial Buildings
- Shaheen Complex, Lahore It is a luxurious 9-floor office building. Each floor is 33,000 square feet.
- Shaheen Complex, Karachi. Shaheen Complex is a 14-story hexagonal slant structure, situated in a prime business location in Karachi.
- Fortress Square Mall, Lahore It is a five-storey shopping and entertainment complex located in Lahore Cantonment. It consists of approximately 2.7 million square feet, making it one of the largest malls in Pakistan. The mall is primarily owned and operated by DUPAK Pakistan Developers under a lease from the Pakistan Army’s Fortress Stadium Management, on government-owned land, with Malik Riaz as a notable real estate figure associated with the project. DUPAK has long term relationship with the Pakistan Army.
